This engine is equipped, with necessary devices either by a local or by a remote controller, instruments for remote indication alarm devices in an emergency, safety devices in case of over speed of the engine or decrease in the lub, oil and cooling water pressure, and auto-load balancer available for load balancing of each engine in a parallel operation of the engine.
It does without saying that the load balancing mechanism of this equipment allows equal distribution of the propeller shaft load to each engine as well as to the clutch engagement, and the load balance to each engine is available without variations by means of а sо1е operation of the governor switch of the master engine in case the propeller shaft speed is to be changed or in case the main generator frequency is to be kept constant irrespective of
the fluctuation in the load of the propeller shaft. Moreover, an even balance of load is available not only in a high load position but also in a low load position.
